Our Process
1. Lot Selection & House Plans:
Every home starts with selecting an available lot and designing a perfect house plan with our team!
2. Material & Colour Selection:
We work with you on selecting the material and colours for the interior and exterior look of your house. We will also provide you with an exterior colour render to imagine your future home!
3. Ground breaking and Construction:
Once the ground breaking has begun, the construction of your house will be completed within 6-10 months depending on size of the project. You will be able to do progress walk throughs while the house is under construction!
4. Possession:
THE BIG DAY! We are just as excited as you are for this day. On the possession of your home, we will do a complete in detail walk through to ensure everything has come out just the way you imagined it to be.
