Our Process
- Lot Selection & House Plans
Every home begins with choosing the right lot and creating a house plan tailored to your needs. Our team works with you to design a home that fits your lifestyle and vision. - Material & Colour Selection
We guide you through selecting materials and colours for both the interior and exterior. To help you picture it, we provide an exterior render so you can visualize your future home. - Groundbreaking & Construction
Once construction begins, your home will typically be completed within 6–10 months, depending on the size and scope of the project. Throughout the build, you’ll have access to our JobTread client portal, where you can view updates, schedules, and important documents—all in one place for clear communication and organization. You’ll also have the chance to do walkthroughs and see your home progress in real time. - Possession
The big day! On possession, we’ll complete a detailed walkthrough together to ensure everything meets your expectations and your home is delivered just as you envisioned.
